Property Staging, Notting Hill

For this show home in Notting Hill commissioned by Palladian Ltd, we were given a few existing items (bed frame, mattress and main living room sofa) and asked to display the potential lifestyle these properties could provide.

Once the budget was allocated, we were given 4 weeks to produce a concept, source all products then dress the property. We acquired all the required furnishings, art works, lighting and props, and made all of the curtains, blinds and soft furnishings you see.

Partnering with a number of excellent furniture providers allows us to work to such tight deadlines, as getting the items delivered on time is crucial with such projects.

It was great to hear that the properties were under offer within 6-8 weeks. Job well done!
